To use our services and facilities you need to become a member of Centre 401 Trust.
Anyone who is a past or present user of mental health services can become a member.
To become a member just book an appoontment with us, come in and someone will help you sign up and take you through an orientation. This takes about 1/2 an hour.
Peer support is important for all of us. At Centre 401 people who have been through the mental health system can meet up with others with similar experiences in an informal way.
You are welcome to come in to relax, have a coffee and a chat with other Centre 401 members and use the facilities.
You can get one to one help with your recovery through our Quest services. Just make an appointment and make a start.
Get involved in our workshops, groups, events and initiatives. Use your skills to influence the centre and community and make a valuable contribution to all. As peers we can all help each other. Have your say and work things out together.
