Warrent Of Ok Fitness

Warrent Of Ok Fitness (W.O.O.F) is a smal questionare about your current state of health Giving you three choices for each question Red, Yellow and Green. Using this can help find what can change and to make goals to change E.g. if you answer. Do you exercise for 30 minutes a day with Yellow, you can make goals to change your answer to Green.

Centre 401 Trust Code of Conduct

• Maintain an environment conductive to recovery

Be aware that all members are on their own recovery path.
Not engage in any illegal activity or gambling on our premises.
Not bring alcohol or non-prescribed drugs onto the site or into our premises (this includes all synthetic marijuana & party pills)
– we are an alcohol and drug free zone

• Be Sober

Means not intoxicated by alcohol, drugs or other substances other than your own prescribed medication.

• Respect Others

Including all members, staff and visitors at the Centre or its events.

• Respect All Property

Belonging to the centre, members, staff and visitors.

• Have a satisfactory level of hygiene

Means having basic hygiene standards – e.g. clean body & clean clothes.

• Be presentable

Have a presentable, tidy and appropriate level of dress at all times.

• Not bring any animals to the Centre

Except where it is an official working animal – e.g. guide dog.

• Refrain from abuse

Verbal, physical or emotional abuse of any kind will not be tolerated, this includes sexual harassment.

• Not bludge off others

Bring your own cigarettes, money, food and or personal items.

• Clean up after yourself

Especially in the kitchen. Do not expect other members of staff to clean up after you.

• Not drink the milk unnecessarily

Milk is for use in tea, coffee and hot chocolate drinks only.

• Abide by rules of the Member TV Lounge

The Consequences

Any breaches of code of conduct will result in either a warning and stand down or a possible trespass. Instant Trespass will be issued for acts of Violence, Sexual Harassment, Drug Activity or Theft.
