Exercise, I at least get 30mins of exercise a day that makes me breathe a bit deeper than normal.
Nutrition. I eat 3 meals a day and 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day. (note: a serving is a piece the size of your palm)
Liver. I drink less than 14 standard drinks of alcohol a week? (note: one bottle of wine is 7.7 standard drinks, one RTD is 2.1 standard drinks and one bottle of spirits is 22 standard drinks), on any on occasion I do not drink more than 4 standared drinks.
